Tsunami of hope?
Picture taken in Cambodia. Restaurant. (:
" When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us. "- Alexander Graham Bell HELLO! (:
I took such a long break from blogging, I guess I better get back to it. It's the only way I feel less stressed, though my blog can be rather rusty these days.
Anyway, tomorrow, I have two main things going on;
- Flag-bearing for the parade
- Connect Singapore
I'm just glad that till now, there hasn't been any major/dramatic change in any of our lives. Things have been pretty asper, and along the way, many have the tendency to give up.
I'm just following the light from the torch you hold. You lead me, so lead me well. I don't want to be lost.
What if you run away?
What if the light goes off?
What if I can't see you?
What if you go the wrong way?
FACE THE FACTS, YOU MOON.Life has its "what-ifs". Live with it, or rot away and die a shameful death. There's no use crying over something that you can't change. You'll only make things more complex on your side. No qualms on that.Sometimes, I wish I could make the world see that light that I happen to see. Why the foolish behaviour? Why the idiosyncrasies? It's a childish game, and I don't want to play it that way.
Life is like chess; one wrong move and you're dead, buddy.Follow the rules. That's my quote for my own values. Why is life such a big issue? Why is it that many don't love their lives? Why is it that everyone has problems? Why is it that everyone has a common mindset?
You don't follow people to make a living, be two steps ahead. It's just so cliched; everything. No originality, no creativity.
Never ask me why I feel this way - I'll flood your thoughts.
I just feel really confused. Where have they all gone? The ones I heard of, the ones I prayed to meet "one day", the ones I looked up to?
Guess what, I don't know.
It's just plain irksome, I tell you.Labels: Rants of a teenager.
With Love,
